An energizing workout for the mind, body and spirit through a combination of ancient Tibetan Chi-do, Yoga, Pilates and meditation. There are now 10 classes in the program and each is 75min. They can be done as a group or private class. Each class is divided into the following components;

Chi-do is a Tibetan form of Tai-chi that enhances the body’s ability to develop and store Chi (life force). Over time the storage of this Chi means that it is more easily accessible for use in the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of daily life. In this part of the class you will build your Chi so that it can be focused throughout the session.

In Yoga this life force is called prana and it assists in the flow of energy through the body’s subtle energy system which consists of the chakras. Through breath and asana’s or postures, prana is moved through the body helping to relieve tension while improving your flexibility.

Pilates is a form of exercise that is here used to concentrate the energy created and moved in the body during Chi-do and Yoga. Specific muscle groups are targeted to tone and strengthen the physical body. It is important to not let the energy pool in the body and Pilates is a perfect complement to the energy work that allows you to move your muscles more vigorously without breaking the flow.

In the final part of the class you are lead through a meditation. By quieting the mind and focusing your thoughts you will experience greater clarity in all aspects of your life.

Having a strong Chi, prana or life force and being able to focus this energy during Chi-do, Yoga and Pilates can improve:
- your ability to heal your body, mind and spirit
- your ability to cope with stress
- your strength, flexibility and balance
- your focus and concentration
- the circulation in your physical and etheric body
Also available separately or with a private class is a 35min Energy Balancing. This is only needed once and is recommended to be done before or at the start of the first class.
